I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

  • It takes 3-7 days to process your order to ship out.
  • The delivery time shown at checkout does not include Shipping Time 

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

  • Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 20 Business days
  • Average transit times to International: 20 - 40 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Usually you can not cancel your order but do contact us at support@vanquishemporium.com . We can help you out if the item is not processed.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, immediately reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@vanquishemporium.com

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund.

    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once Received, we will review it and get back to you within 24 hours.
